I offer a calm, perceptive, and emotionally attuned presence, creating a space where clients can address complex and sensitive issues with clarity and focus. My approach is grounded in thoughtful curiosity, clinical insight, and discretion, with a clear emphasis on helping clients move towards practical, meaningful change.

My core training is in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy, which draws on approaches such as Person-Centred Therapy, Gestalt, and Transactional Analysis.
My couples work is informed by Attachment Theory, Differentiation, Imago Relationship Therapy, and the Gottman Method, providing structured approaches to understanding relational dynamics, communication patterns, conflict, and emotional connection. I also have training in Consensual Non-Monogamy (CNM) and polyamorous relationship structures, supporting clients across diverse relationship configurations.
In addition, I have specialist training in grief and bereavement, an area that frequently intersects with many presenting issues in my clinical work. I also hold training in the Black Empathic Approach, which strengthens my capacity to work sensitively within multicultural contexts, particularly in relation to race, identity, and belonging.
