Short-term therapy is focused on navigating specific, immediate relational events—such as a recent separation, divorce, a sudden shift in intimacy, or a major life transition affecting your connection.

 

 

Long-term therapy is also available, where we can safely go deeper together. This open-ended space allows us to explore your past experiences, relationship history, and upbringing to see how they are deeply connected to your present intimacy, desire, and relational patterns.
